We are delighted to invite conference participants to the Gala Dinner on Thursday, 18 June 2026 at 20:00 at Hotel Basiliani. The evening will feature live traditional Salento folk music.
The evening will offer a refined culinary experience set in a charming traditional venue, celebrating the authentic flavors of the local cuisine.
Please note that the gala dinner is not included in the conference registration fee and costs ā‚¬ 90 per person. The menu is available for download.
