Please review the following guidelines before registering for the conference:
- To ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings, each accepted paper after review must be accompanied by at least one regular registration fee at the early registration rate.
- Accepted papers can ONLY be presented in person. Remote presentations will not be permitted.
- Multiple papers may be presented; however, each additional paper requires a separate registration fee of € 150.
- The student registration fee does not qualify for publication in the proceedings. It is available only for students who intend to attend the conference without presenting a paper, or for student authors whose paper has a co-author who has paid the full regular registration fee.
- For papers with multiple authors, each author must register separately and pay the registration fee if they intend to attend the conference.
- Authors may exceed the page limits by paying an additional fee of € 50 per extra page.
- Authors and presenters are not eligible for a refund.
- A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued for cancellation requests received by May 20, 2026.
- After June 10, 2026, only on-site registration will be available during the conference days, and only cash payments will be accepted.

(*) Students are required to submit a scanned copy of an official letter (in English) from their university or school, signed and stamped, confirming their current student status.

The Gala Dinner is not included in the registration fee. The cost will be provided as soon as it is available.

We accept only short or full papers (no abstracts). Although the submission button on the portal is labeled ‘Submit New Abstract’ please use it to upload your paper.
