Proposals should include the session title, a brief description of the scope and motivation, related topics, biographic and contact information of the organizers.
Papers submitted to Thematic Sessions will undergo the same review process as regular papers, where the proposers are responsible for organizing the peer-review process, ensuring that at least 2 review reports per paper are received. If a Thematic Session has a low number of accepted papers, these may be combined with other sessions wherever possible, or moved to the regular track. In case of indication of weakly organized Thematic Sessions, the Thematic Session Chairs will support the organizers with advices, but also reserve measures including cancellation of the respective sessions.
