The International Conference on eXtended Reality (XR SALENTO 2025) aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and experts from academia and industry - including computer scientists, engineers, and physicians - to share insights, experiences, and scientific results related to eXtended Reality and Artificial Intelligence.
Papers submitted to XR SALENTO 2025 must be original and not previously published or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Acceptance will be based on the paper’s contribution to the field, originality of ideas, methodological rigor, clarity of results, and significance. Only papers submitted through the online submission system and formatted according to the conference guidelines will be considered for review and publication.
XR SALENTO 2025 accepts two types of papers: full papers (10–20 pages) and short papers (6–9 pages).
Full papers should focus on research, applications, or systems that advance the state-of-the-art, including software, hardware, algorithms, interaction, or human factors.
Short papers should highlight work-in-progress, early-stage research, ongoing projects, or case studies. Accepted short papers will be published in the conference proceedings and presented as posters at the conference.
The best papers will be selected by the Conference Awards Committee.
Accepted papers will be published in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS), edited by Springer. Please note that payment of the early registration fee is required for publication in LNCS.
